Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the mybdx platform and all its services. When you create an account on mybdx or use the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms.

mybdx operates an online sports betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide users with a safe, fair, and entertaining experience.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform. If you have questions, please contact our support team.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on mybdx and use the platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, family, or household. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name
• An active mobile number or email address
• Your correct date of birth

Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mybdx may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. It is each user's responsibility to cooperate with the verification process.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

mybdx currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial service
• Nagad — The postal department's digital transaction platform
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — Major banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. The maximum deposit limit may vary by method and account.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000
• Withdrawals will only be processed using the same method used for the deposit
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes
• Withdrawals may be suspended if identity verification has not been completed

3.3 Transaction Transparency

mybdx uses SSL encryption to ensure the security of all transactions. Your full financial transaction history will be visible in your account.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 120% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳54,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — the wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses are only usable on approved games and betting markets
• Bonuses cannot be transferred directly to another account
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time
• mybdx reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• If mybdx suspects misuse of bonus benefits, mybdx reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and verify the account

Betting Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will only be considered valid when the mybdx system successfully confirms it and the required amount has been deducted from the user's account. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.

5.2 Settlement of Results

All sports betting results depend on the official announcement of results. In the case of disputed results, mybdx will follow the decision of the relevant authority.

5.3 Right to Cancel Bets

mybdx reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If sufficient evidence of fraud or manipulation is found
• If an event is cancelled or postponed
• In cases of force majeure (unforeseen circumstances)

5.4 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game has its own rules. Please read the rules before starting a game. If a technical error occurs in the game software, the bets for that round may be cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mybdx platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Misusing bonus benefits or participating in bonus arbitrage
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party
• Hacking, spreading viruses, or disrupting platform operations
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Misconduct or making threats toward staff
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other users

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 mybdx's Rights

mybdx may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period
• A court order or regulatory directive

7.2 User's Right to Close Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing your account, make sure to withdraw any valid balance.

In all cases, mybdx's maximum liability shall be limited to the actual balance in the user's account.
